CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL BARS

from $18.00

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL BARS (GLUTEN FREE)

To be honest, these bars are heavily inspired by one of my favorite cooks, Tieghan Gerard at Half Baked Harvest. You can easily replicate these yourself using the recipe on her website, but they do take time and effort to perfect. That’s why I wanted to offer them to those who need these in their life - think hardworking moms constantly running on empty, kids that always need a healthier snack option, laboring mamas that need an easy source of energy to power through, breastfeeding mamas that are always hungry. You get it. These bars are it. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to enjoy. Oh, and good luck finishing one bar in one sitting - they are truly massive and delightfully filling.

Ingredients: sprouted organic oats, coconut flour, powdered collagen, coconut oil, maple syrup, pastured eggs, vanilla, baking soda, natural peanut butter, dark chocolate, sea salt

1 dozen bars - $30

If you’re not making your own chocolate milk yet what are you even doing?? We love this little pick-me-up treat around here 😍

1/4 cup RAW CACAO POWDER (can also sub unsweetened cocoa) + 1/4 cup MAPLE SYRUP + 1 tsp PURE VANILLA + 1 scoop COLL Who here has water glassed eggs before? As egg laying is in full swing we prepare for the cold winter months where the chickens slow down or stop laying altogether. Here’s a simple recipe to preserve your eggs for up to a year in glass jars or I’m a big fan of cooked veggies, and autumn is the perfect season for roasting anything and everything. Cooking your vegetables actually increases their nutrient availability and makes them more easily digestible by breaking down their cell wal It’s time for another recipe! Simple, quick (less than 15 min prep/cook time) and low on gluten, these protein crepes will have your whole family enjoying breakfast guilt free! 🤤 We’re live!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Let’s talk salads! I want to dive deeper into the current 2 salads I am making (you get them by the quart!) and why I think they’re so excellent for those looking for extra nutrient density. So many raw salads nowadays are lacking in real You have all probably already heard of baked oatmeal, but why the extra step of soaking overnight?
Soaked oats improve oat digestibility and allow nutrients in the grain to be more easily absorbed by your body. Soaking helps the starches break down Did you know I offer a fresh milled flour and a sourdough class that each teach a mostly hands-off way to make the easiest sourdough bread ever? We’re moms, we’re busy, and when someone tells us we need to dedicate an entire day to making Comment with your favorite congee toppings (or what you think you would like)! The best kind of warming meal for new mamas ❤️ Oodles of (homemade) noodles 😍
