What to Expect
Designed to gradually advance with your skill level, the wholly nourished kitchen offers a wide range of group classes as well as individual sessions. most group classes run about 2 hours and focus on getting familiar with one skill. Individual session can be tailored to specific problem areas or challenges you want to overcome in the kitchen. The focus is majorly on fresh milled grains and whole foods you can feel confident making from scratch to nourish your family. 

❋ Fresh Milled Sourdough Bread

A 2 hour class that produces a sandwich bread that embodies the fermented benefits of a low glycemic sourdough as well as the nutritional profile of fresh milled whole grains in a soft, fluffy loaf. Optionally, you can learn how to make an instant yeast loaf with fresh milled flour that is just as good for you.

❋ Artisan Bread Boules

Take your bread game up a notch and make a 100% fresh milled artisanal sourdough boule with additions and an oven spring that will impress you, your kids, your spouse, your parents, and your guests.

❋ Cereal and crackers

Use your sourdough discard in a productive way and make the best salty crackers and sweet maple cinnamon cereal squares. Add in ancient grains and snacks just became the healthiest part of the day.

❋ Pancakes, muffins, cookies, and other baked treats

A class focused on having fun and being creative in the kitchen, you learn to use fresh milled wheat and ancient grains in pretty much anything you bake. Try different flavor combinations, learn professional baking techniques, and watch your confidence soar.
