Ancestral Stew

It’s the quintessential hearty beef stew, but with organ meat and healing herbs, slow cooked until the tenderness of the meat touches your heart. A favorite gluten free comfort meal that provides deep nourishment, warming, and healing. Red meat and liver are loaded with iron, copper, B vitamins, zinc, and of course protein to help restore healthy blood levels and give the body energy for recovery. Pair with some fresh-milled sourdough bread or just take it as it is, wholesome and satisfying.

Ingredients: grassfed chuck roast, grassfed beef liver (can be omitted or given “on the side”), heirloom potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, organic beef broth, spices, herby nettles and alfalfa, cornstarch (non-GMO, GF)

*all veggies organic and/or locally grown
