Cocoa-Date Banana Bread

$15.00

COCOA-DATE BANANA BREAD (GF OPTION)

Coming at you with another high protein option to satisfy that sweet tooth, this banana bread is made to support healthy metabolism and hormone function. If you’re pregnant, dates are a great dietary source of fiber, folate, magnesium, potassium and are known to help ripen the cervix in preparation for labor. Walnuts provide the omega fatty acids, magnesium, and copper needed for optimal fetal development but are also just a great brain boosting food (for when that mom brain kicks in). Dark chocolate is now being hailed as a superfood as it rightfully is (look up all the benefits, there are too many to list!). Eggs and collagen packed full of amino acids and fresh milled flour retains the essential nutrients of the whole wheat berry, containing 40 of the 44 essential nutrients for life. This isn’t just guilt-free dessert bread, its a nutritional pro-metabolic powerhouse.

Ingredients: bananas, fresh milled wheat flour or gluten-free almond flour, cocoa powder, collagen, chopped dates, walnuts, butter, raw honey, pastured eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, dark chocolate chips

1 loaf - $15

If you’re not making your own chocolate milk yet what are you even doing?? We love this little pick-me-up treat around here 😍

1/4 cup RAW CACAO POWDER (can also sub unsweetened cocoa) + 1/4 cup MAPLE SYRUP + 1 tsp PURE VANILLA + 1 scoop COLL Who here has water glassed eggs before? As egg laying is in full swing we prepare for the cold winter months where the chickens slow down or stop laying altogether. Here’s a simple recipe to preserve your eggs for up to a year in glass jars or I’m a big fan of cooked veggies, and autumn is the perfect season for roasting anything and everything. Cooking your vegetables actually increases their nutrient availability and makes them more easily digestible by breaking down their cell wal It’s time for another recipe! Simple, quick (less than 15 min prep/cook time) and low on gluten, these protein crepes will have your whole family enjoying breakfast guilt free! 🤤 We’re live!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Let’s talk salads! I want to dive deeper into the current 2 salads I am making (you get them by the quart!) and why I think they’re so excellent for those looking for extra nutrient density. So many raw salads nowadays are lacking in real You have all probably already heard of baked oatmeal, but why the extra step of soaking overnight?
Soaked oats improve oat digestibility and allow nutrients in the grain to be more easily absorbed by your body. Soaking helps the starches break down Did you know I offer a fresh milled flour and a sourdough class that each teach a mostly hands-off way to make the easiest sourdough bread ever? We’re moms, we’re busy, and when someone tells us we need to dedicate an entire day to making Comment with your favorite congee toppings (or what you think you would like)! The best kind of warming meal for new mamas ❤️ Oodles of (homemade) noodles 😍
