“Ancient grain” HOMESTYLE ALFREDO

Fresh milled ancient grains are the star of this classic comfort food. Depending on seasonal availability you will get homemade pasta created with fresh milled organic spelt, kamut, einkorn flour, or a combination of the three paired with organic, pasture raised eggs. That’s it, just those two ingredients. Hand kneaded and lovingly cut into fettucine strips then pre-boiled and flash frozen for optimal freshness. Pick your protein and enjoy our specialty alfredo sauce on top for a truly heartwarming meal. This dish is a labor of love and takes time to make from scratch but is so worth the effort and is exceptionally unlike any alfredo you will get anywhere else.

Ingredients: ancient grain fettuccine (fresh milled spelt grain, einkorn and/or kamut, pastured eggs), your choice: wild caught shrimp, bacon, pastured chicken, or grassfed steak; heavy cream, butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, basil.

Comes with a side of steamed & seasoned broccoli.
